Leigh S. Cross is a retired Bank of America Executive Vice President, with 42 years of extensive experience in Consumer Banking, Credit Card, Training, Mortgage, and Operations. She was recognized for consistently delivering outstanding execution and business results, while developing top talent and high performing teams.
 

She served as the Transformation Executive responsible for the conversion of systems, products, processing and servicing for the California, Washington, and Idaho markets from 2010-2012. She led a team of executives who flawlessly delivered the conversion, the largest in banking history, which involved 11 million customers, 18.5 million accounts, and 50,000 employees.

Prior to her Transformation Executive role, she was Regional Executive in the Northwest Region (2005-2008) and Southern California Region (2009-2010). In these assignments, she was responsible for service, sales, and operations in 390 Banking Centers in the San Francisco Bay Area, Portland, and Seattle, and 250 Banking Centers in Southern California, with 10,000 employees and $25 billion in deposits.

She also served in Consumer Market Executive positions in South Orange County and Glendale/Burbank, as well as Division Business Manager and National Sales Process Executive.

She was also a member of the Bank's Acquisition Group during the interstate expansion of banking in the early 1990's. She formed a Credit Card Sales team in Phoenix, AZ which was responsible for sales and service in 13 Western states.

Cross joined the Bank in 1971 as a teller while completing her college education at California State University, Fresno. She obtained her California Teaching Credentials at CSU Sacramento in 1972. She was promoted through various roles in Banking Centers, Training, and Regional Management.

She served on the Consumer Bank Talent Council from 2008-2009. From 2009-2011 she was a member of the Global Diversity and Inclusion Council.

Leigh joined the Port of Los Angeles High School Board of Trustees in September 2013. She and her husband Marv live in Redondo Beach.
