Lolis Garcia

Lolis joined the Board of Trustees in July 2019 as the Parents of POLAHS Students (POPS) representative and now serves as President of the Board.

Lolis is a proud parent of a current POLAHS student, as well as alumni (’22 & '21). She holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA from CSU Dominquez Hills. Lolis has over 20 years of experience working in Human Resources, with certifications including SPHR; PHRca; and SHRM-SCP. Lolis currently serves as Senior Human Resource Generalist for SouthWest Market at Cargill Inc., the largest privately held company in the United States. She is also a member of Cargill’s Women Network and a Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI) subject matter expert.

Lolis is an active community volunteer and advisor for church, school, and city organizations. She serves as Vice President for the Daughter of Isabella, and is a member of the Los Angeles Chapter for Women in Manufacturing.

 

Lolis is proud to serve students within San Pedro and surrounding communities as POLAHS Board President.
