POLAHS was represented by students Taylor (Grade 12) and Casey Galapon (Grade 10), who were amongst highly competent, forward-looking students from 67 public and private schools statewide.
 
CYTT is an award-winning youth leadership training program recognized by the CA Dept. of Education as an exceptional youth training model with potential for national impact. Following a rigorous application process, CYTT brings together motivated students like Taylor and Casey, helps them develop important leadership skills, and inspires them to become future leaders of their communities. Upon completion of their initial training, CYTT students continue their training through participation in the California Youth Ambassadors program and other programs and events sponsored by the Young Center throughout the year. POLAHS congratulates Taylor and Casey!
