APPLICATIONS FOR THE FALL 2021 TRANSFER LOTTERY ARE NOW AVAILABLE!
POLAHS admits transfer students based on availability each year through a lottery system. Students interested in transferring to POLAHS must complete a Lottery Form in order to enter the transfer student lottery for their specific grade level. The purpose of the transfer lottery is to make up the order of the wait-list, which we will then use to fill spots once available. Transfer application forms for the 2021 - 2022 transfer lottery will be available both on campus, and here on our website from March 10th - May 10th. Feel free to print one, fill it out, and drop it off in the admissions office. Applicants can also fill out the application on campus. Please note that the purpose of the transfer lottery is to make up the order of the wait-list. We will then use that wait-list to fill spots as they become available. Prospective 9th Grade Students - HOW TO APPLY
All prospective 9th grade students must complete a Lottery Form during the application period (December 1st - January 29th) to be eligible for admission. Students who submit applications after the deadline will be added to the wait-list. No other information will be requested until students are officially accepted. Prospective students will receive their lottery number at the time the Lottery Form is submitted.
A lottery may be conducted if the number of completed Lottery Forms received exceeds the number of openings available. Applicants not accepted at the time of the lottery will be placed on a wait-list according to their assigned placement in the lottery and admitted pending openings.
The enrollment lottery for fall 2021 admission took place on February 5, 2021 at 1:30 pm. The results are attached below. If you do not see your lottery number on the accepted list (in blue), please check the wait-list for your lottery number (in red). Students who participated in the lottery will receive a response through the mail with either the enrollment packet if they were accepted, or their wait-list order. All applications received after the deadline will be added to the end of the wait-list.
