In order to tryout for now:

1. a VALID physical must be submitted or be on file with Mr. Martinez
2. GPA grade check of 2.0 GPA from the Spring Semester Final Report Card verified by Mr. Martinez

Physical forms are available at the front desk.

If you have submitted an athletic packet this school year, please email Mr. Martinez to ensure your physical is still valid in order to be added to the clearance list for tryouts.
