Prom tickets will be on sale in room 133, next to the Counselors' office and across from Mr. Lines, for $150 each. Prom tickets can be purchased with cash or check made out to POLAHS.

In order to buy a Prom ticket you must have 200 credits at the time that you purchase your ticket.

If you have 200 credits, you may purchase a ticket for yourself and a guest. Your guest may be another senior who does not have 200 credits, a non-senior student at POLAHS (Junior, Sophomore, Freshmen), a person who does not attend POLAHS and who is between the ages of 14 - 20 years old.

If you are bringing a person to Prom who does not attend POLAHS, you must submit a completed Prom/Homecoming Guest Pass before buying their ticket. The completed form has a second page that your guest will need to complete; and if they are currently enrolled in high school, there is a portion that your guest will have to have someone from their school complete (Counselor, Assistant Principal, Dean). Also, please make sure to include a copy/picture of your guest''s school ID, State ID, or driver's license with their completed guest pass.
