Food/Nutrition Program

Welcome back POLAHS!

We are pleased to inform you that Port of Los Angeles High School will be implementing a new program, Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) this upcoming school year 2024-2025.

What does this mean for your children?

All students who are enrolled in POLAHS are eligible to receive a healthy breakfast and lunch each school day at no charge to your household.

No further action is required of you. Your child(ren) will be able to participate in our meal programs without having to submit a Meal Application.

We encourage you to remind your student to memorize their POLAHS student ID number as they do need to enter it to receive their meals. The student ID number is the same number in their POLAHS email and starts with the numbers 9 or 1.

We are also partnering Revolution Foods, a third party food vendor, who is dedicated to transforming the health and habits of this generation’s students through healthy, fresh and delicious food. All meals served meet nutrition standards established by the U.S. Department of Agriculture.

If your child needs special accommodations for his/her meals, please fill out the form below and return it to the Food & Nutrition Services Coordinator, Denise Vokoun, as soon as possible. It needs to be signed by a state-licensed healthcare professional in California (a licensed physician, a physician assistant or a nurse practitioner).
