Aeries | ParentSquare

Aeries is our Student Information System (SIS). Each parent* and student will be provided an account where they can:
  • View class schedules,
  • View & monitor your grades,
  • View & monitor your attendance
*Parents/Guardians that provide a valid email address during registration/re-registration will automatically receive an Aeries account.
 
Aeries is accessible via an internet browser like Safari or Chrome using our school-specific link (see button). 
 
Aeries also has Apps available to install on your mobile phone.

ParentSquare is our Communications platform associated with your Aeries Parent or Student Portal.

  • Receive important schoolwide and/or class announcements.
  • Directly message your child’s teacher(s) in your preferred language.
  • Use ParentSquare to submit absence notes electronically to Ms. Miller, Attendance Clerk.

SchoolMint is our designated website that accepts Lottery Applications, Registrations for newly accepted students, and Re-registrations for returning students. 

 

The Lottery Application is designated for NEW students interested in attending POLAHs.

 

The Registration form is used by NEWLY ACCEPTED students from the lottery to capture enrollment information.

     

The Re-Registration form is for our current students-- submitted annually to update enrollment. Reminders will be sent via ParentSquare when it is time to submit your re-registration.
