Lizbeth Navarro

Lizbeth Navarro is the newest member on the Board of Trustees since July 1, 2023.

Lizbeth was instilled with an appreciation for the value of education at an early age.  Her formative years were marked by a need for knowledge and a desire to make a difference in the lives of others.

She pursued her higher education at California State University, Long Beach (CSULB), where she embarked on a career path dedicated to empowering individuals and communities through human resources. With two decades of expertise in recruitment, talent acquisition, employee relations, and organizational development, she immersed in every facet of the HR landscape.  She is a current member of both PIHRA and SHRM, and remains at the forefront of industry trends and best practices.

As a parent of a POLAHS graduate and two children who currently attend POLAHS, Lizbeth understands firsthand the importance of parental involvement in shaping the educational experience. With one child on the JV softball team and another on the varsity baseball team, she is invested in creating a supportive and enriching environment where every student can thrive academically.
